Fallons Bar & Café is Kildare's newest and most popular eatery. Located in what was formerly Bernies bar & Restaurant in the quaint Village of Kilcullen, the whole premises has recently undergone a major make over. The menu reads as an uncomplicated collection of the old favorites however the dishes are all very well put together and their simplicity add a warm comfort to the whole dining experience. The head chef Rose Brannock who worked under the watchful eye of Colin O Daly in the Park in Kenmare and later in Roleys has created 'extraordinary versions of the familiar'. The Bar has a gastro pub feel to it with a busy, fun atmosphere, while the restaurant a tad less informal still contains a casual relaxed feel. The premises boasts a stone cut private dining room with seating up to eighty and self playing Roland grand piano.
