This delightful little studio within a courtyard garden, is on Brendan St. Birr. The downstairs gallery and upstairs studio spaces are adaptable for art exhibitions (paintings, photography, sculptures etc.) as well as film screenings, residencies, art tutorials and group meetings. Run by Rosalind Fanning, Tin Jug Studio and has regular art classes for children and adults, 'Chocolate Saturdays' and other creative workshops. Open during Birr Vintage Week and Arts Festival and Hullabaloo Children's Arts Festival it is open at other times by appointment, to view artworks and artists portfolios.

The Tullamore Dew Heritage Centre is located in the original 1897 bonded warehouse. Start your tour with an audio - visual presentation, ( different languages available ). Wander through the re - created working stations of the old distillery, such as the malting, boiling or cooperage areas. Throughout the tour, opportunities are there to interact with the artefacts.

Charleville is Ireland's finest gothic revival castle. It is considered to be Francis Johnston's masterpiece, he also designed the G.P.O in Dublin. The castle was built between 1798 and 1810. The massive dining room was designed by Sir William Morris.
