Strandhill Surf School is a new and exciting place to learn to surf or improve your surfing skills.Based at Strandhill beach, with consistent waves and lively village surroundings, we hold lessons daily and for all ages. Courses on Offer..... BEGINNERS LESSONS Group lessons (with a qualified instructor) giving you a good introduction to the basics of surfing. INTERMEDIATE LESSONS You're now probably hooked on Surfing, and need more tuition to improve your basic skills. PRIVATE LESSONS For the beginner, intermediate and advanced surfer. Designed to improve particular aspects of your technique.

Scenic and challenging eighteen hole links course, 6.136 metres and nine hole links course, 2.785 metres. Bordering the Atlantic Ocean with Benbulben and Knocknarea backdrop and with scenic views of five counties from third tee. A challenge to the best of golfers and fun for all. Home to the West of Ireland Amateur Golf Championship at Easter. Open to visitors seven days a week, all year round.

The LSD (Leitrim, Sligo and Donegal) region hosts an incredible variety of large, sandy beaches that are next to deserted all year around. Riders in the area have a choice of riding waves or flat water, and can ride in all wind directions. As many visitors to the Northwest have discovered, the LSD region can be very windy, with SW the prevailing wind direction. These factors make the LSD region ideal for starting, improving or perfecting your kitesurfing skills. Our instructors are all approved by the IKSA, BKSA and IKO, and include the 2007 Irish Champion.

Island View is a family run farm at the foot of Benbulben mountain with the Atlantic Ocean on our doorstep. The stabels offer treks on miles of sandy beaches, over rugged moorlands, and to the stable-owned private island. Tailormade treks and friendly competent staff will strive to ensure everyone gets the most from their horseback experience. Equestrian package holidays and carriage driving also available.
