Self Catering

Ballard farm has been host to holiday makers for over twenty years. Since the conversion to self-accommodation of two of the main farm buildings, Swallow Barn and The Granary, we now have many regular visitors and always enjoys meeting new guests. Both houses are open all year round. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.

Abhainn Ri cottages are located on a truly remarkable elevated site, with the most exquisite view of the Kings River (Abhainn Rí), as it flows into the Blessington lakes in County Wicklow. This very unique location is situated on 100 acres of farmland in one of Wicklow’s finest areas of outstanding natural beauty known as the garden of Ireland.
